No More Chances for Trump

Well, it didn’t take long. After assuming office, President Trump wasted no time before he got to work. Unfortunately, that work was racist, foolish, and downright dangerous.

Assuming you’re not living under a rock, you most likely have heard about the Muslim ban. In an executive order, President Trump banned refugees from Syria, as well as banned immigration from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

Notably, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, and Lebanon were not on the list. This is particularly interesting because the 9/11 terrorists were from these four countries. There’s also the fact that President Trump has business dealings with these nations as well.

But that’s not all. The Trump administration has now brought our attention to “alternative facts“. We call those lies where I come from.

There was the threat of sending “the Feds” to quell the violence in Chicago. This action would be highly illegal, but the president doesn’t care about such trifles.

Reports also came out that our president has decided that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Director of National Intelligence don’t need to be at every meeting of the National Security Council. This does not make us safer.

It apparently is more important for his chief political strategist/white supremacist, Stephen Bannon, to be a regular attendee of these meetings, however.

I’ve been told that I should give President Trump a chance. I gave him many. The worst part of all this is that this isn’t an exhaustive list. There are no more chances.
